Led Selasa Baca 2.0, an internal video content-sharing program that produced video materials for Tifa's social media channels.

Facilitated learning for 20 local partners through the Tifa and Friends talk show series, boosting audience participation by 50% compared to the previous year.

Developed three new communication manuals: a logo guide for local partners, a press release guide and boilerplate, and a story harvesting template.

Implemented campaigns such as #LawanMalnutrisiDenganSayur to promote vegetable consumption and #DengarCeritaIbu, a storytelling series focused on values and character development led by our preschool teacher.

Created four new social media content series: Senin Tips, #FMCHeroes, #KabarDariKawan, and #KamisKuis.

Key duties:

Led the program’s activities, including five critical educational classes, five community-based tourism training sessions, and five environmental practice sessions, engaging up to 100 participants across two villages on Semau Island, Nusa Tenggara Timur province.

Collaborated with up to 10 stakeholders and partners to develop a local policy agreement focused on environmental and economic empowerment, resulting in two new local laws and a partnership with the district government.

Developed communication resources (modules, videos, presentations, and instructional guidelines) to support project execution.
